Just as I make extensive efforts to market my own business name, I extend more towards marketing my clients' Real Estate needs. Hello, this is Louis Tey, serving today as an Associate Division Director in Huttons Asia Pte Ltd.

 

Prior to my Real Estate career, I served our Republic of Singapore Air Force as an Air Force Engineer for 10 years. Absorbing much experience with people management, training implementation, system diagnostic, data processing and leadership roles. One memorable contribution was being deployed to an anti-piracy operation in the Gulf of Aden under the US- led Combined Task Force.

 

2014, I stepped into the Real Estate scene as a 'resale agent'. Breathing in the skills on ground and experiences of recognised industry leaders. Experiences and knowledge are vital to this industry. A typical client throughout our time focuses plenty on area space, functionality and being near a MRT station. A new age client focuses on analytical aspects like area for growth and 'ROI'.

I grind in the Real Estate resale market for years before adding project residential / commercial new sales in my career profile. I am happily married to my beautiful wife, Belle of 14 years and counting. We lived in Tampines with a son and a daughter. As I strived to be a good provider to my loved ones, I must provide well to your Real Estate needs.
